I’m so excited that 2018 is over! This has been a rough year for me and my attempts to take care of my mind, body, and soul have fallen a bit flat despite my best efforts. But as random as January 1st is, I still appreciate having this marker to say goodbye to the last 365 days and chart a new course to something better.
The last months of 2018 weren’t particularly interesting for me. From my last post, the Saskatoon Ukulele Players did their first concert which was exciting and our year end potluck at my place was a blast.
Much of the end of the year though involved dog walking and decorating.
Frost visited us quite a few times and it was hard not to constantly take pictures of that beauty.
And the decorating in town has been lovely as well.
I also managed to get in my first snowshoe of the season on New Years Eve. I can’t go very far and the snow definitely isn’t very deep right now but it was a good start.
So from me to all my wonderful readers, Happy New Year!
