Another fun thing I did this weekend was to attend a talk by the Saskatoon Zoo Society about burrowing owls.  The coolest thing was Sage, the 3-year-old burrowing owl who came along for the talk.  So tiny!  She was about the size of a blue jay which is not what you think of when you think of owls!  The audience was allowed to come up and pet her tummy too which of course, I totally did!  I also got a selfie with her too!
