Springtime In The City

I’ve been trying to spend more time outside now that the weather is a little warmer and I’ve really been enjoying the sights and sounds of the city in spring. From the delicate crocuses popping out in the middle of the prairie grasslands to the sounds of the geese honking their way around town, Saskatoon really comes alive

The trees are just starting to grow leaves but the geese are busy eating after they’re long migration back to town and getting ready to have little ones.

Nighttime views of the city get better and better every year

The first pelican of the year was spotted but it takes time for the rest to show up. But hanging around the weir is still a great view!

I’m sure I’ll have plenty more photos before summer hits but until then, I hope you enjoyed my view of Saskatoon in spring!
