In the couple months that I’ve been away from my site, lots of things have been happening.  I knew this year would bring about big changes for me and I’m about to start them!  I’m so excited!

Firstly, I am finally done school!  Yes, I’ve completed the Occupational Health & Safety Practitioner Applied Certificate program at SIAST!  My practicum last week was an amazing experience and I’m just waiting now for my certificate to come in the mail.

This means, of course, that I can now begin the job search.  I’ve never particularly liked this part but I’m a little excited this time around.  My options were fairly limited when I was a lab tech but now, there are a number of possibilities and not only am I excited to see what opportunities arise but more importantly, I’m really looking forward to beginning my new career!
